Dr. Kutis was recently featured in 5280 Magazine, acknowledging her excellence in dentistry. Her passion for learning and taking care of her patients keeps her motivated to continue providing excellent dental care.
Over the years, Dr. Kutis has invested countless hours into continuing education so that she can provide her patients with the latest techniques in cosmetic and comprehensive care. In particular, she has completed the core curriculum of the Dawson Academy, which led to her becoming a Dawson Academy Scholar and a member of the Dawson Alumni Academy. She is also a member of the prestigious Spear Study Club and the Faculty Club of the Spear Study Club, which is an honor awarded to only 1,000 dentists across the country.
Finally, Dr. Kutis is a teacher at the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, where she travels twice a year to teach other dentists how to place veneers and fix larger, complex full-mouth reconstruction cases. Dr. Kutis has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. Having grown up in Chicago, Dr. Kutis completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery studies at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry in 2006, followed by a General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado. Before this, she had also worked as a dental assistant prior to dental school for a high-end cosmetic practice. During her additional year of training, she pursued more complex dental and medical case management, becoming very skilled in IV sedation, wisdom teeth extraction, and dental implants (both placement and restoration). Later on, she became Director of the General Practice Program and an associate professor at the University of Colorado.
When she isn’t busy improving teeth, Dr. Kutis spends most of her time raising Ava Grace, her little girl. Some of her favorite hobbies include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, scuba diving, and traveling. She’s also very good at badminton! She ranked 1st in the state at the sport at one point and even played with the legendary Paul Newman.
